OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
Drive process improvements to achieve outstanding operational performance. Identify opportunities for cross-pollination and/or resource sharing.
POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Work with Department Heads and General Counsel to define and deploy policies and operating procedures, in compliance with federal and state regulations.
STAFF MANAGEMENT
Build and oversee high-performing teams, including employee selection, retention, engagement, and professional development.
STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
Assist in developing the company's expansion/pivoting strategy, and align operational strategies with the company's overall vision and goals.
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT
Recommend OKRs/KPIs. Track and report performance metrics. Evaluate and improve company/team/project performance.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Manage P&L portfolios to meet profit and revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Support M&A initiatives.
STRATEGIC HIRING
Assist in evaluating and hiring other executive and senior staff.
CAPTURE & PROPOSALS
Provide opportunity capture and proposal management and development support for Federal and commercial procurements.
