A BIT ABOUT ME...

I started my career immersed in technology, beginning with software development, data management, and then expanding into system architecture, enterprise architecture and business architecture. All great technical disciplines, and necessary stepping stones for understanding and enabling my clients' digital transformation needs!

 
Somewhere along the way, I discovered I had an affinity and tremendous excitement for uncovering avenues for business expansion—analyzing markets, capabilities, trends, technologies and distilling them into actionable growth strategies. This was the impetus for me to embark on a journey that has steered me toward  strategic planning and operations management roles. ​The deeper I got into the strategy-to-execution domain, the more I realized that value and growth come only from  and through people - my team, my partners, my customers.

 

The best idea means nothing without the right team to bring it to life, the right partners to take it over the hump, and customers willing to provide feedback to make the product better. Empowering people, bringing people together, working to remove obstacles in communication - I've learned that this is just as important (if not more!) than coming up with the right design or platform or materials or distribution channels.
